After 16 years, the Rob Knox Foundation and Q Cumber Films will be hosting the final ever Rob Knox London Film Festival at Picturehouse Central.
A film festival dedicated to the life of Harry Potter actor Rob Knox, who was murdered in a knife attack in 2008, the festival itself aims to platform new and rising stars and talent in the film industry with a screening of short films and an award ceremony with industry guests. The festival also aims to highlight current social issues, as well as knife crime in the UK.
Hosted by Festival director filmmaker and Rob’s close friend, Aaron Truss (The Rob Knox Story, Pareidolia) ,the event includes the screening of all eleven officially selected short films followed by the awards ceremony, with presentations from celebrities and industry professionals such as John Altman (EastEnders), Nicholas Vince (Hellraiser, Nightbreed), and stage actress Ellie Rae Winstone.
