TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering this Picturehouse A24 Summer competition (the "Competition"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").
Who can enter?
- This Competition is only open to UK residents, excluding employees of Picturehouse Cinemas Limited ("Picturehouse Cinemas") or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. Picturehouse Cinemas Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. Picturehouse Cinemas may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the Prize may be withheld until and unless Picturehouse Cinemas is satisfied with the verification.
- Entrants must be over 18 and warrant such by entering this competition will need access to the internet to submit an entry.
The Competition
- The Competition is open from 01.08.25 to until the earlier of 15.09.25 or when all 5,000 bingo cards have been claimed.
- Picturehouse will be distributing 5000 limited-edition bingo cards across all 25 venues in the UK at the box office within each cinema. There will be limited supplies at each location and when the cards have all been claimed, there will be no more available.
- To enter the Competition, you must purchase a ticket (or redeem a member ticket credit) and collect a stamp on your bingo card for at least five of the following films: The Legend of Uchi; Bring Her Back; Sorry, Baby; Eddington or Highest 2 Lowest. One stamp given per ticket purchased or member ticket credit redeemed for any valid screening of the participating films.
The Prizes
- Fans who collect at least 5 stamps are eligible for one of the three prizes listed below (the "Prizes").
- The Prizes are:
- One Grand Prize: Picturehouse West End Picturehouse Membership Plus and $500 A24 gift certificate to spend in the A24 online shop.
- 2 Runner Up Prizes: Picturehouse West End Picturehouse Membership Plus and an A24 sticker pack.
- There is no cash alternative and the Prizes do not include any other costs that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prizes.
- Picturehouse Cinemas reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified Prize(s) become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. None of the Prizes are transferable.
- The Prizes are given on an "as is" basis and are not negotiable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Picturehouse Cinemas expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties or endorsements, whether express or implied, written or oral, in respect of the Prizes.
How to enter and selection of the winners
- Photos or PDFs of the bingo cards with at least 5 stamps must be submitted via this form by the 10th of September 2025.
- The winners will be selected at random and notified via the email provided with their entry by the 15th of September 2025.
- Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid.
- Entries received after the expiry date of 10 September 2025 will not be considered valid.
- The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this competition, and in the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
- The announced winner(s) is/are responsible for contacting Picturehouse Cinemas within a week of such notification.
- The email notification received by the winner(s) will include contact details for the winner(s) to use in order to claim their Prize.
- In the event the announced winner(s) does not contact Picturehouse Cinemas within the deadline outlined above, Picturehouse Cinemas reserves the right to issue the Prize to another entrant(s) and the original announced winner(s) will have no claim to any Prize issued.
- Picturehouse Cinemas will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up the specified Prize.
- Picturehouse Cinemas accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the Prize(s). Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Picturehouse Cinemas shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, internet access or anything else preventing entry to any competition.
Data privacy and publicity
- Picturehouse Cinemas will only process entrants' personal information in relation to this Competition in accordance with the Privacy Policy at https://www.picturehouses.com/privacy&cookies for the purposes of running this Competition and administering the Prizes.
- The winner(s) may be required to participate in publicity connected with this Competition. Picturehouse Cinemas will be entitled to use each winner's name and city of residence in any reasonable manner in connection with the Competition (including to announce the winners) without any payment to the winners provided the winner has given their permission to Picturehouse Cinemas for such use.
- Picturehouse Cinemas may be required to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Picturehouse Cinemas will publish the surname and city of residence of each winner. If you object to any or all of your surname or city of residence being published or made available, please contact Picturehouse Cinemas via email at [email protected].
General
- In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this Competition, including the allocation of more Prizes than are available, Picturehouse Cinemas reserves the right to end or suspend the Competition; amend these Terms and Conditions; declare void the notification of winner(s); and/or to allocate available Prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
- Picturehouse Cinemas reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Competition and/or review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice by posting the updated Terms and Conditions at www.picturehouses.com/A24summer. By continuing to take part in this Competition after any revision of these Terms and Conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended Terms and Conditions.
- Picturehouse Cinemas' decision is final.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
